Located in the vibrant Col Americana of Guadalajara, La Ciabatta cocina interpretativa italiana Americana has quickly captured the hearts of both locals and visitors. This Italian restaurant offers a unique twist on traditional dishes, merging Italian and American flavors in a delightful way.
Patrons rave about the excellent food and friendly staff. Matt Meyer described his experience as “great,” highlighting the warm atmosphere that envelops the restaurant. Andrey Litvinov adds, “it’s worth visiting” due to the enticing offerings at reasonable prices. The ability to sample various dishes through smaller portions, as Francesco Burnazzi notes, allows diners to indulge their appetites without commitment.
The breakfast options, particularly the huevos divorciados, have received rave reviews, with JC Herrin calling them "home-made and good." The freshness of the drinks and the quality of the bread, especially the birote, are also praised as standout elements. Coupled with a tapas-style buffet, Lou Vargas appreciates the beautiful balance of flavors and fantastic customer service, making every visit a unique culinary adventure.
La Ciabatta is more than just a place to eat; it’s a delightful journey for the palate.

Very nice restaurant with a lot of options for a good price. It's a way to try different food since the portions are small and you can order as much as you want. Staff is kind too. Only thing, don't espect a traditional italian restaurant because plates are a little bit different from the Italian traditional ones but still tasty.

We stumbled into this place today unexpectedly. Ordered two orders of the huevos divorciados, with limonada y jugo de naranja. Everything was delicious! The drinks were huge and fresh, and the breakfasts were really home-made and good. And the birote was the best I've had in GDL, and I've had many. Very friendly, excellent prices, just a super little place. If we lived closer, we'd go back for dinner!
